I just had to pass along what a positive experience I had with the team from Trademark Restoration Services. When you have water coming out of you downstairs ceiling you need immediate help and TRS provided that with compassion and professionalism. They took control of the situation and explained each step toward repairing the damages caused by a upstairs bathroom leak. Great job done by great guys.
Fortunately, I haven’t needed TRS to clean up water damage, but they clean carpets, too. I’ve used them twice now to clean my entire house and the carpets looked great both times. And the price is honest and straightforward–not like the other companies that call a patch of carpet in the hall a “room”! If I do ever have water damage, they will be the ones i call.
I used these guys for my bathroom clean up- had found really ugly mold and needed to pass clearance testing before I began my rebuild after having all that was affected by water seepage removed. These guys were worth their bill. They so impressed me with their continual contact with the company and myself to give updates on the work I felt totally comfortable just living life while everything went down. The crew was amazing. I can’t say enough about their level of commitment to a job well done.
We had a leak in our master bathroom shower, not covered by our insurance company. They recommended Trademark to help with the damage, as they would normally use them if it was covered. Todd gave us a fair price to remove the mold (yes, we had it hiding behind the tiles and behind the dry wall). Danny worked on the demo and mold removal, and was very considerate of our schedule. The house passed the mold inspection and we are very happy with their work. We are now in the process of working with their sister company, Copper Creek Construction, for the rebuild.
Since we had such great service with this company the first time we recommended them to my mother-in-law who had a flood in their home due to a faulty water heater. TRS responded within 1 hour, explained to my mother-in-law everything that she’d experience through the dry out process. They were friendly, compassionate and very professional through the whole process! Again – great company with great service. (This isn’t something that many companies pride themselves on anymore). Thank you for taking great care of my family!
